Data & privacy requests
Use this page to exercise your privacy rights in relation to Dashly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Request access to your data
Ask what information relating to you we hold and how it was collected. Because Dashly is designed to keep widget content on your device, this is often a short answer.
Request correction
Ask us to correct information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Request deletion
Ask us to delete information relating to you that we hold and are able to delete.
Withdraw consent or object
Withdraw consent you previously gave, or object to a particular processing activity. Withdrawing consent may mean some features stop working.
Before you contact us
Some things are faster to handle yourself, and some are outside our control:
- Content stored only on your device. Widget designs, configurations and imported photos or videos that are kept locally can be removed by deleting them inside Dashly, or by deleting the app and its data from your iPhone. Once removed from your device, we cannot retrieve or delete them for you because we never held them.
- Subscriptions and payment history. Purchases are processed by Apple. Billing records, receipts, refunds and cancellation must be handled through your Apple account and Apple's support channels — we cannot delete Apple's transaction records.
- Third-party services. Where a request concerns data held by a third-party provider (for example an AI image generation provider or a content provider), we will act on what we control and can point you to the provider, but we cannot promise deletion from systems we do not operate.
How to submit a request
Email support@getdashly.app or use the form below. Please tell us:
- which request you are making (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal)
- the email address you want us to reply to
- any detail that helps us locate relevant information (for example the approximate date you contacted us before)
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm the request comes from you. Please never send us passwords or payment card details.
For the full picture of what we collect and why, read the Privacy Policy.
